Returns
- Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Food and drink products, earrings and specific jewellery items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
